These little guys may not look like much just yet, but give them time and they'll be super-healthy, uber-thrifty and twice as tasty mixed salad greens.
Sown only earlier this week, my salad mix includes pea shoots, swiss chard ('Ruby' & 'Flamingo'), lettuce ('Salad Bowl' & 'Red Oakleaf'), coriander, purple basil and a few salad onions. Ommnomnomnomnom!
